Online Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We hope you are happy with your purchase!  However, we know that not every purchase will fit & returns are sometimes necessary. Should you need to return anything, we are here to make your return process as easy as possible.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of online purchases within 14 days of delivery. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Yes, we are pet friendly, but our clothing will not be approved for a return with pet hair or cigarette smell/odors. Your box will be sent back that very day. 

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item once we receive it.  Abundance reserves the right to refuse a return, if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 day policy.  Please include a copy of your packing slip.

Items purchased on sale at a discount of 30% off or more (including purchases made with promotional codes) are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate your online return, complete the following steps:

  • Send an email to  Include the following information: 
    • Your order number
    • Reason for the return/exchange
    • Let us know if you want a store credit or a refund to your credit card.
  • You can also call us at 818.990.6128 to let us know you are returning your purchase. 
  • Once you have either emailed us or called us, please send the item to be returned/exchanged to:

  • NOTE: Please be sure to write the number of your order on the outside of your package. Please include a note in the package to let us know if you would like a store credit or a refund to your credit card. Any item returned without contacting us prior will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you return your purchase (and have not kept at least $150 in purchases), receive a refund, and had received free shipping, our standard shipping charge of  $15 will be deducted from your refund.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once a returned item is received, your refund/exchange will be processed within 3 business day,


  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded under any conditions.
